Monique Ostare

I enjoy teaching in a Catholic school because an atmosphere is created where sharing one's faith and recognizing the point individuals are at in their faith journey is accepted and encouraged. A Catholic school allows creation of a bond between all people in the school community where it is okay to share our faith openly and thus the faith is permeated throughout the classroom and the curriculums taught. 

I am a recent graduate from the University of Lethbridge and have been teaching High School English at St. Joe's since then.  I love that our school community supports each other and comes together to create an atmosphere that is safe and caring within the building.
